About this exam
The Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam validates a candidate's ability to configure, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The exam consists of 60 multiple‑choice and multiple‑select questions that must be completed within 90 minutes. Results are shown immediately as a conditional pass or fail, with the final cut score kept confidential by ServiceNow.
